The strategy responds to the recommendations of the recent Teacher Education Implementation Taskforce report (PDF, 480KB) and builds upon the first 24 recommendations of the Review of Teacher Education and School Induction already implemented by the department and the Queensland College of Teachers.
Development and implementation of the initiatives will begin in July 2013, with full implementation from 2015.
